We have a professional and well experienced management with total commitment for high quality products to meet customer's ever changing needs in the most cost effective and efficient manner. We also try to ensure that our customers manufacture their products without any production loss. We have a well established Quality Management System in our organisation with a view to control all factors that affect the quality of products and services. Inspection is carried out at every stage of production by Quality Management.

In the current world trend of Quality, we are strictly following International Quality Standard Procedures for the Raw Materials and our Finished products. The Quality of the material has been maintained in the following manner.

Initially the thickness of coils / sheets is measured with the Test Certificate & Packing List given by the suppliers. Then the watt losses is measured with the help of Continuity Tester.

During the slitting process, the size and burr level is checked at regular intervals. The dimensions & burr level are also checked at regular intervals during the cutting process as per the drawings / specifications of customers.

Then the material is annealed. The watt losses are checked before and after annealing.

0% defects is ensured during the manufacturing process by the Quality Management.

After getting 'OK' clearance from the Quality Management, the material is packed properly in wooden platform / box as per the customer's requirement.

Proper care is taken while lifting the material so that no damage is caused to the material and customer receives the quality material for their use.

Calibration of Equipment :
The Testing Instruments are calibrated at regular intervals as per quality norms by the Standard Agencies and records are maintained. Another new sets of testing instruments are kept as spare for emergency.
